Cartoon Hot Racer 3D is an interesting online game where you'll be controlling a car and completing many different missions around your city. At the beginning, you won't have a car at your disposal, so you'll have to buy one. There’s a lot of maps available for you, but at the beginning you will be able to choose only a single one. Once you reach a high enough level, you will be able to pick another one. The city has a running driving school where you can learn how to drive like a pro. Aside from that the game offers you the option of racing, upgrading the car, completing missions or even working as a taxi driver, police man or paramedic. It’s an open world game where you can literally do whatever you want.
